As an art director and designer at A QUESTION OF, you will be responsible for bringing this unique brand to life in products, prints, brand communications, at events and online. As a part of our dedicated team you will work in the intersection between fashion and graphic design in a leading role where you will work with the design process from idea to finished product. 

Besides that you are creative and energetic. You are continuously up-to-date on trends in design, music, art, fashion, and pop-culture in general. You can turn these trends into marketable designs. It is expected that you thrive in a young entrepreneurial environment where things can get hectic. It is required that the right candidate is highly self-propelled.

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Trend Research
- Collection development in close relation with the team
- Prepare working drawings for production
- Print design with inspiration from newest trends
- Prepare sales books, look books, collection summaries
- Build and maintain our online visual profile

Qualifications:
- Design trained with graphics experience
- Experience in print design is an advantage
- Advanced user of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Natural talent in trend spotting
- Good at working with tight deadlines and coping pressure
- Structured with a sense for details
- Interest in both female and male fashion
- Willing to go the extra mile
 
The position will be filled either as part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate.
